Since 2021, we have been carrying out a comprehensive HIV Prevention, Care, and Treatment program as part of the PEPFAR/CDC-funded Afya Hatua project. Over the years, the project has expanded from serving one region to now covering four regions and providing support to 350 health facilities.

Additionally, through the USAID Police and Prisons healthcare project, we are offering support to 64 facilities nationwide.

Our activities include HIV testing services, Antiretroviral Therapy, Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision, prevention and management of Opportunistic Infections such as TB, CaCx, and Cryptococcal Disease, laboratory support for diagnostic tests and treatment monitoring, supply chain assistance, COVID-19 vaccination, specialized services for Key and Vulnerable Populations including Medication-Assisted Treatment, peer-led support for children, adolescents, and men, as well as integrated care for Non-Communicable Diseases.
