Dr Moshi is a Medical Doctor (MD), Public Health Specialist and Epidemiologist with vast experience in HIV/AIDS programing and health system strengthening. He started his career as a General practitioner and Research Assistant (Lindi Regional Hospital in 2004) and moved to health systems management as District Medical Officer for seven years (Kilwa District Council 2004- 2007); Liwale District Council 2007 – 2011), Capacity Building Advisor leading the transition into a local entity i.e. THPS for ICAP Columbia University for one year (2011 – 2012), and then Director of Programs with THPS now for eight years.

Dr Moshi holds Master’s degree in Public Health; Applied Epidemiology and Doctor of Medicine Degree from University of Dar es salaam and Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences
