Professor Palamagamba John Kabudi is a THPS Founder, lawyer, and former member of the Tanzania Constitutional Review Commission. Previously Professor Kabudi served as the dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Dar es Salaam from 2009 until his retirement. He has extensive experience in the Tanzanian judiciary, human rights, state policy, and legal challenges, and is a recipient of the Eduardo Mondlane International Law Prize.
