Mr. George Anatory is a Founder and Chief Operations Officer for THPS. At this role, he oversees all operations support functions to ensure the programs are smoothly implemented, observing compliance to funders, Government of Tanzania and internal policies and procedures. Prior to that he was the Deputy Country Director for ICAP- Columbia University, a CDC funded project in Tanzania.

Mr. Anatory has over 23 years of experience in managing cooperative agreements, grants and contracts for international and local non-governmental organizations. His areas of expertise include financial management, projects coordination with the host government, design and administration of grants strategy; grant policy formulation; grant / proposal writing, establishment of proposal evaluation panels; startup of complex projects in complex environments, project close out; coordination of multi-donor HIV/AIDS, malaria, Tuberculosis and maternal and child health resources.

Mr. Anatory is an accountant by training and also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration
