Allen Ndossa​

Mr. Allen Ndossa is the Associate Director of Finance and Administration at THPS. As part of the THPS leadership team, he is responsible for establishing and maintaining the organization’s financial management and administrative procedures. He has more than 16 years of experience and 10 years within THPS where he joined in 2013 as Senior Accountant and later promoted to Finance and Administration Manager.

Allen is a professional accountant with strong experience in financial management. He is well versed in designing an efficient accounting system, compliance and adherence to contracts and cooperative agreements, budgeting management, financial analysis and reporting, administration and logistics.

Before THPS, Allen worked with Family Health International (now FHI360) as an Accountant.

Allen is an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University.
