Mwanafuraha Senkoro is the Associate Director of Human Resources at THPS. She is part of the THPS leadership team and is responsible for the overall Human Resources administration. She brings over 15 years’ experience in her role, four of which are within THPS, having joined in 2020 as Senior HR Manager.

Mwanafuraha is a highly experienced HR and Administration practitioner with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of HRM, business and technical issues. She has proven leadership skills, including managing and motivating staff to achieve organizational objectives.

Before joining THPS, Ms. Mwanafuraha worked at SimbaNet as HR Manager before being promoted to the position of Head of HR.  Later, she headed the HR department at Wananchi Business Services Tanzania. 

At the beginning of her career, she served in different capacities at Barrick Gold and NMB Bank.

Mwanafuraha holds an MBA in international business from Cardiff Institute – Wales University, UK, Post graduate diploma in business and management from London School of Commerce, and a BA in Public Administration – Human Resources from Mzumbe University.
